OBJECTIVE:

To create excitement about RSA Conferences and to provide a powerful, consistent event experience for attendees. Coda Creative started by providing basic marketing materials and signage design to launch the first RSA Conference in 1992, but as the Conference grew, its needs grew as well. In 1995 we created the first complete visual theme. Since then each year has focused on a different historical event in the evolution of information security.

STRATEGY:

Each year, Coda Creative leverages a unique look and feel, using colors and imagery to create a distinct motif while constantly reinforcing RSA brand awareness. Coda Creative partners with the RSA Conference team to design a broad range of integrated collateral, informational materials, guides, interactive and promotional materials that are eye-catching and brand consistent. Coda Creative conducts meticulous research to ensure cohesiveness – from the marketing communications pieces to the smallest detail on-site.

RESULTS:

Over the past 15 years, Coda Creative helped grow the RSA Conference from a 75-engineer technical meeting into the largest gathering of computer security professionals in the world. Over 15,000 people attended the 2008 event in San Francisco. A visually rich and completely cohesive environment surrounds RSA Conference attendees, ensuring a powerful event experience, and the client appreciates how well the design pieces work individually and together as a whole.
